Refund policy

Returns/exchanges: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received unaware or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, click here. If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item you received is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you right away to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care to ensure every item we ship is accurate and of the highest quality. However, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email orders@doublebareelbabes.com as soon as possible so we can authorize your return.

To process your replacement, we require photo or video evidence of the issue. Once received, we will send out a replacement item free of charge.

Incorrect or faulty items are eligible for return for up to 14 days from the date you received your order. We will replace the item and cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.
